Orca and rorqual get additional bonuses to mining links too. And the best gas harvesting implant is -5%. Still your best bet is probably a few man team with one of them fitting the mining link on a bc.

Domi shouldn't have a problem with this mission. Scoot out 70 km or more, drop bouncers or wardens and snipe. When I do it, I don't even bother to keep track of the spawns. Just keep shooting until they all go away.
